How do I book a session?
Book easily online via our website booking system. Just choose your time slot and you’re good to go!

How long is each session?
Each booking gives you 30 or 60 minutes of private use.

Can I bring more than one dog?
Absolutely! Your booking includes up to 4 dogs. For more, just let us know at the time of booking.

What if I need to cancel?
Link sent in email-Cancellations with 24 hours’ notice can be rescheduled or refunded. Less notice unfortunately can’t be refunded.

Is the field secure?
Yes – our field is fully fenced with secure gating, so your dogs can run free and safely explore off-lead.

Can I bring other people with me?
Yes, friends and family are welcome. Just be mindful of the number of dogs and keep everyone within your booking slot.

What facilities are on site?
We offer free parking, waste bins, a dog waste bag dispenser, and a field shelter for shade or rain cover. Water is available too.

Are professional dog walkers allowed?
Yes, but please contact us first to discuss group sizes and frequency, open to discount discussions.

Can reactive or nervous dogs use the field?
Definitely – that’s exactly what it’s here for. The field is yours exclusively during your slot for a calm and stress-free experience.

Do you open in all weather?
We’re open year-round, but the field is natural terrain—so dress for the outdoors, especially in wet weather!
